Ingwerer Mulled Wine
The oldest surviving mulled wine (or Glühwein) recipe can be traced to August Josef Ludwig von Wackerbarth in 1843. The recipe includes hot wine, apple, ginger and spices. Simply replace the ginger with Ingwerer and you have a sweet & spicy Ingwerer Mulled Wine!
Preparation
- Warm mulled wine and pour into a mug.
- Pour Ingwerer and garnish with an orange wedge.
