The spritz first became popular in the picturesque city of Venice. People would add whatever spirit they had around the house. So, why not Ingwerer? It lends the spritz a delightful hint of spice that is particularly refreshing in summer. Venetians should try it, too!

Preparation
- Pour all ingredients into a red wine glass filled with ice cubes.
- Stir gently.
